I do not support this development. Traffic on Blackwall Road is already very congested. Putting more flats nearby will surely exacerbate the problems for existing local residents.

What a mess especially with the 26 flats and 7 townhouses going up in Farnell Rd and Blackwall Rd starting up. Traffic is bad enough now.

These development is really unnecessary. The place is already congested with traffic and not enough parking spaces for the residents. We have commercial buildings and 2 schools which is making the street already busy all the time

This development is not supported by many residents in the Street.

It does not comply with Council Regulations - it is over the height requirements and has too large Floor space ratio.

Traffic will increase and parking on the Street is already an issue.

This is to large for this street People on the right hand side facing the school will lose all their afternoon sun in the winter A lot of elderly people are so upset about this shocking eyesore of a building please think of residents not developers they are ruining our beautiful Woy Woy.
