Gunlake Quarry - Modification under s 4.55(8) of the EP&A Act to: 1. Increase daily truck movements to allow: (a) an average of 220 inbound and 220 outbound movements per day; and (b) a maximum of 295 inbound and 295 outbound movements per day; 2. Change the averaging period for truck movements from monthly to yearly; and 3. Remove fixed tonnage limit so that annual product transport is limited by truck movements only. The NSW Land & Environment Court is the consent authority for this application.
