    Let it happen!
    It's next to the Police Station, almost opposite the pub, close to the shops, and has triple occupancies alongside.
    Delay it any longer and it'll be rezoned to an even higher density with 3 or 4 stories allowed (like in Burke Rd and High St).
    Allow the blocks on bus and tram routes to become "densed up"; save your objection efforts for blocks in the non-main-road residential streets.
