Hi, tree loppers started work on this tree yesterday with the understanding that the job was a complete removal. After removal of limbs overhanging no. 16, no14’s owner put a stop to the job, with a severely imbalanced and unattractive result. It would be much appreciated if this would be investigated further resulting in completion of the job.

Mature trees like this are absolutely irreplaceable and should not be removed. They provide essential habitat for birds, insects and small animals - all of which we need to protect in these times of extinction. And they provide important shade for hot roads and footpaths. Trees also add tens of thousands of dollars worth of value to properties near them. Not surprising - they are beautiful, and without them no one wants to live there.
