    This tree was the one tree left when they developed this property under council planning.  It is not in a bad position and I don't think the root system had been disturbed during buildind, we live in the street and saw construction.  I object to this tree being removed.  Perhaps they should look at trimming it branches overhaning house.  This tree is magnificent and adds to the neighborhood and is compliant with council regs.
