1. This is just plain greedy. One block of land and into 3 blocks of land. The area is becoming a sea of small houses without the infrastructure to support it. The traffic is already bad enough in the area. If the council has any sense they will reject this proposal. One block of land should stay just that.

2. This plot has an area of only 858m² meaning there is not enough land to accommodate three new plot. There is a pre-existing plan submitted for two new plots each with 430m²/428m² which meets the minimum specified size and would be less detrimental to the surrounding properties while also increasing the return on this developers investment. Less is more people.
