    Please carefully review this application.

The traffic in this area is already terrible, sometimes their customers park their vehicles on pedestrian walkways and lawns.

The main concern is the NOISE from the gym. The noise is extremely annoying in the early morning when the majority of people are still sleeping.

The only time we residents in the area can enjoy our quietness is when the gym is not open for business.

Overall, not even an appropriate location for such a fitness facility. Already too many customers and the fitness studio has also organized multiple classes in addition to their advertised timetable.

The single most important contribution this gym has made to the area, is bringing a sense of community and a 'soul' here.

Sydney is known for having great local communities, but unfortunately it is not the case for this newly developed section of Ryde - just endless residential buildings with no retail and very little restaurants. You would be lucky to get a smile from a person walking past you, let alone a "Hello".

This gym - which sits in the midst of derelict low-rise industrial garages - has somehow broken the area's stigma and brought many of the local residents together in their shared passion for fitness.

Since this gym's inception, I have met with locals at nearby cafes, walked our dogs, participated in outdoor activities together. It has made a tremendous difference to our overall lifestyle, and to the feel of this young neighbourhood.

The positives from this gym (not to mention the obvious of promoting health & fitness) far exceed any of the negatives mentioned (Noise? There are 3 smash repair shops next door! Re traffic & parking - more to do with all the new apartments built than it has with this gym)

A quick read of the this gym's google reviews and you can see how much of a positive impact it has had on an otherwise soulless part of town.

    Thank you

Moving in Nancarrow Avenue for about one year, we are happy to live at this calm and peaceful suburb. However, nightmares waken up by shouting, drum beating, rolling music earlier before 6 am and later after 9pm from that industrial area. Please do sport and exercise at gym centre where is not disco. Thanks so much for your consideration.
