Hi there this one in a HCA area how is this going to be decided? Also may I know what are the controls for the Heritage conservation areas?

Meena can search Ryde Council web site to read up on heritage controls. This property is in Darvall Estate Conservation area. The subject building is not in keeping generally with properties in conservation area ie Federation era but there are so many examples of units and 1960s/1970s housing plus unsympathetic contemporary design that HCA controls go out the window.
Meena, a Torrens Title subdivision means current duplex can now be divided into two separate ownerships.
