In the area devolpement of tiny blocks of land should not be acceptable this land is in the area where a large house and horticulture should be taken place not a condensed neighbourhood.
There are multiple house immediately adjacent that are nice houses with agricultural use which is what the area is zoned for the development should stay on the otherside of heaslip Road there is huge land parcels stretching between munnopara andrews farm and the newly appointed estates in the area their investments would plummet and I beleive the Eastern side of headlight Road should be developed before heading to Virginia.
