    1. The area, with it’s proximity to state and catholic schools, is primarily a family area. The proposed 3x4 units, IF they are for family units, have limited garden area for outdoor family use with young children; with older family members, 2 car spaces are inadequate for extra family cars, “drop off”, and visitors parking. This may occur x 3 units!
An alternative use could be, with 4 bedrooms, AIRB&B !! which. With 4 bedrooms , could result in multiple cars requiring parking, and a disruption to what is essentially a quiet residential area!
3 x 4 bedroom dwellings on such a block of land, with very difficult limited access, in it’s position in Canis Cres. is less than desirable.
Canis Cres. is a narrow road which is used frequently for quick access to Safeway shopping centre, avoiding major road bank ups at intersections,
The BEND which adjoins the frontage of No 14, makes street parking, already restricted by multiple driveways there, and in the whole street, quite difficult, and parked cars also may restrict CLEAR vision coming along the street .Due to the narrow street, parking is a problem, made worse by development of 8 Canis Cres., which causes me, and strangely the developer!, a constant concern when reversing into the street, as cars are often parked making it a nightmare trying to avoid accidents.
2.Overdevelopment of a site in a suburban area is NOT desirable in the form of 3 x 4 BEDROOM HOUSES crammed onto 1 site, especially when they are planned to be over height restrictions AS WELL! This is not desirable, adding profits to the developers purse, and with no consideration of properties close by, and will result in redevelopment of many properties within the Collendina family area and overdevelopment of what has been a quiet family residential area, if this development goes ahead!
I understood such overdevelopment and height was restricted to the Central Ocean Grove area, NOT the extended area of Collendina!
    3. I do object to this unnecessarily over height overdevelopment for the reasons stated, and the possibly of changing the peaceful ambience of Canis Crescent. I object to this
    greatly overdeveloped proposal !

This proposed development is not consistent with the area. The height of buildings should not be over the current recommendations. Over development of this area is not consistent with the existing family environment and should not be allowed.

This is absolutely ridiculous! Have you guys driven past the house ? No way you can have that many homes on that one block, the number of cars alone would be insane. And why should they be able to build higher than others in the area
This is what is ruining the coastal town of Ocean Grove
Make it stop before our coastal area is totally ruined
It is also very unsafe to add so many cats entering and exiting the property
