72 Belgrave Street Bronte NSW 2024

Remove one (1) Eucalypt at rear, Northern boundary with one (1) native tree within one (1) month of removal. This tree is damaging the boundary wall and is within proximity to infrastructure. In order to carry out repairs, the roots will have to be pruned, however, it is highly unlikely that root pruning can be successfully conducted without compromising the tree’s anchorage - root cutting at such a close proximity to the trunk can compromise the support function of roots and increase the risk of the trees falling during periods of strong winds. The canopy overhangs the neighbouring property, and to prune it away would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving it as a poor specimen.
