1. Ref DA20/2281
   The plans submitted appear completely out of line with the rest of the established character of Berry.
   I note that when we applied for our original DA we were required to abide by façade heritage requirements in order to maintain the streetscape, and to build in character with the rest of the town.
   In our opinion, the industrial look of this proposed building does not fulfil those requirements, and this will be particularly obvious given its proximity to the heritage listed courthouse and the police station.
