1. Bondi road and Bondi cannot accomodate yet another building without additional infrastructure. This is simply a developer’s delight and has no place in our village. What are they offering our community in return ? 9 stories is simply outsized. The rest of Bondi rd is mainly 3. This proposal should not be allowed

3. Objection ~ How many more high rise apartment are we having in Bondi ?? 9 story building is too much in this area considering the heavy traffic and local in Bondi junction
   As a Resident from less then 200 metre away at least we can still look up some clear sky at moment, please do not let high rise building block our sky

5. Good luck, with Waverly council
   They could not care less for tree's
   Or fauna....look at large trees removed
   From Oxford Street Bondi junction
   For cycle way...what a disgrace.
   O and Waverly council will support
   Developers over locals..
   Bricks and mortar over Greenery
   To bad possums, go get squashed
   Having no homes left.

6. I agree with Bobit,
   the whole application is ridiculous, but unfortunately with Waverley Councils track record it will probably be passed with no regard to objections by the people who actually live here, and to the detriment of the environment both flora and fauna 🌳
