    Bondi road and Bondi cannot accomodate yet another building without additional infrastructure. This is simply a developer’s delight and has no place in our village. What are they offering our community in return ? 9 stories is simply outsized. The rest of Bondi rd is mainly 3. This proposal should not be allowed

    Objection ~ How many more high rise apartment are we having in Bondi ?? 9 story building is too much in this area considering the heavy traffic and local in Bondi junction
    As a Resident from less then 200 metre away at least we can still look up some clear sky at moment, please do not let high rise building block our sky
