    Dear Sir/Madam,
    We support the DA-394/2020 except for the following 2 items;
    1. the extension of the new wall on boundary and
    2. the extension of the existing fence height.
    These 2 items effect our existing amenity, ambiance and character.
    The existing fence is at the adequate height to satisfy the pool safety.
    The new wall is not required as per NCC Part 3.7.1 Fire Separation. Clause 3.7.1.7 Allowable encroachments, Clause (b), (v) allows pergolas, sun blinds.
    In fact both neighbours are satisfied with the existing height of the existing fence and they do not want the new wall.
    Thanking in advance for your consideration.
    Yours faithfully,
    Elif Tuna
