    I can't understand why a waiver of car parking requirements pursuant to clause 52.06 of the Knox Planning Scheme would be allowed. There are four proposed dwellings, so they should have a required car parking for each of the four dwellings. Or are they going to use The Royal Hotel or Maxi Supermarket parking as their parking option?
