    What consultation has taken place with local residents?
    Are the 250 subdivisions residential or commercial?

     Lot size, shape and topography;
     Streetscape;
     Setbacks and building height;

    We live in Rainier Ave , this will butt up against our back fences, what will the impact be to vegetation and wildlife . Can the local schools accomodate all extra students , local hospitals etc. Boundary Road and Collins rd extremely busy now . What will the building heights be etc . When was the last time the shire looked at the traffic along these two roads We oppose this .
