1. I own the property next door and would like to know what type of development is being planned for this property and why we haven’t been notified.

2. Here we go again another dub division
   Yet again another two at least cars on the road
   I look outside my door Monday to Friday and it’s nose to tail with cars
   I try and get on the freeway and it’s nose to tail traffic jams all over Werribee and here you are allowing yet another subdivision
   Yes I say allowing as words , ideas and god forbid future proofing our city by developing the infrastructure before the over crowding
   This band aid approach doesn’t work spend the money you take off us in our ,(yet again despite Covid ), increased rates on roads upgrade stop playing catch up or doing it as an after thought pre plan
