    I am so confused about what this development actually is.

    It's somewhat framed as a guest house for short term accommodation, but then the documents also describe how the units could be used for offices and small businesses. The floor plans clearly show three bedroom units. There is already a glut of small offices for lease in Kambah.

    Is this just sneaking residential apartments into a commerical space? Or is it something else?
