    We are concerned that these new buildings will eliminate privacy for residents living in the apartments on Power Ave, which overlook 615 Warrigal Rd at the back of the building. Placing a highrise building here will significantly reduce the value of our property, create air quality concerns for the residents, and introduce new noise problems. We strongly object to the construction of this building.
