I live very close to this location. While I do not object to the cafe/bar having outdoor seating as it will add to its amenity, I do object to the late hours for use.
The Eveleigh must remove its outside tables at 10pm and the The Royal are required to remove the outside seating by 9pm. The area is residential and it is important that we retain that character.
Allowing the outside seating later than 10pm will greatly increase the noise disturbance to neighbours. It will attract late night drinking to the area and escalate the likelihood of loud noise and commotion after closing patron noise and commotion.

Outside dining is desirable and important for all restaurants, cafes and bars.
This is a residential area and patrons using these outside tables after 10pm will be bar customers only. The noise from the venue and patrons returning to their parked cars between 10pm and 12.30am Thursday to Sunday will impact adversely on our neighbourhood.
I object to outside tables past 10pm.
I wish the business every success.
