    We strongly disagree with this planning proposal.
    Two double storied units will significantly effect the overall landscape of our street.
    Increased traffic and lack of car parking spaces also add to our objection.

    Building these double storey units will inhibit the ability to park for families during drop off and pick up as these units are to be built directly opposite the kindergarten. There is next to no parking available and these units will create more parking problems. The street is narrow and cannot accomodate more units as it is quite narrow. Units are destroying the overall appearance of the Griffen Street and it is sad to see the landscape being destroyed due to units. I strongly object to these units being built....enough is enough.
