1. What parking arrangements will be included 1) for the eventual occupants, and 2) for the construction/trades during the building process? Over the last 2 years, St Georges Ave, Hill St, Larman St and Gardners have been inundated with vehicles related to the construction of the East Boundary/Center Rd apartment complex. Access to our properties, safe entry to/from the street and parking have all been compromised. Furthermore this is a major intersection, and is incredibly congested during peak hours. What assurance is being provided that safety of residents and road users will be prioritised?
