Any chance the impact of the design of these homes on the local area can be considered when final approval is given? Something that fits in with the locale- not two faux french provincial McMansions squashed brick to brick that are quite frankly eyesores.

The visual impact of a these buildings often totally out of character with our City. The build designs along Boronia Road, a cacophony of colours and shapes with no attempt to blend in makes the area an eye sore. The once glorious entrance to our City as you came down the Knox College Hill has now become a ugly white Lego land instead of a building befitting our green suburb. The council building with its colour blending in is a perfect example of what should be expected. The large mausoleums of Versailles are not meant for our leafy suburbs. Please take your positions of the guardians of our beautiful City to heart especially in no heritage/ tree overlays. No more crammed together wedding cake designs. Please.
