Please ensure that all off street parking is provided. Under no circumstances should any exemption be provided. Reduce the number of units if the developer cannot provide two spaces per unit.

Basement car parking should be provided, keeping the height of the building at a minimum. No off-street parking or substitute car parking spaces with bike racks. Our streets are already overcrowded with cars parking either side and this is a busy road. And allowance for sufficient VISITOR CARPARKING plus a car washing bay (using tank water).

I believe that the proposed development will be inappropriate to the local street characters. We locals don't need another concrete Mac-Mansion block on the Riversdale Rd.

I object to this development impacting on the strain on services and car parking spaces. Whilst there will be 12 small apartments only 15 car parking spaces have been made available with no visitor car parking. Visitors would be forced to park on an already busy road or overloading Hastings street. A minimum of 24 car parking spaces should be allocated with 3 visitor spaces plus car washing bay. At a building budget of $4.7M this is not in keeping with a quality development for this area. Council should look at reducing the number of apartments allowed.
