    Please restrict to 2 levels in these suburban side streets to avoid completely diminishing the liveability of the area. Access to private backyard spaces and natural light must be maintained for existing residents and these 3 storey apartment blocks take this away.

    I object the proposed development as I believe that it will be inappropriate to the local street characters.

    The traffic on the Walpole St is already nightmare to local residents due to the nearby supermarkets and it will be worse if up to 30 cars from the development need to drive-in and out on daily base. It also will be a big concern on safety to when local students shoppers walking passing the site.

    The development has 3 levels including 16 apartments and it causes concerns about privacy of the neighbourhood.
