    This makes the 9 th D.A. within 100 metres of my home. When will it stop ? The never ending noise, the infernal dust, the added congestion from tradies driving to work, the constant constant deliveries. And all this without any further infrastructure. Seriously it’s out of control.

    Its already impossible to park in Beach road around the corner. The parking situation in Bondi in general is horrendous. This will only add to the congestion in that street. Its an overdevelopment in a street with residential dwellings only. This also applies to Blair Street. The Council should do a traffic assessment before they look at this development!!
