How can this be a valid building application? This would not meet the minimum width and length requirements. Splitting this block into three two stores will result in 3 more vehicles per residence on the already blocked street. Street parking this close to shops is already used for patronage parking because of poor car park planning at Marion shopping, medical and swimming Centre. The area is already starting to flood as there is no more soakage areas per block, with all rainwater put into the roads and drainage not a able to cope. STOP destroying Adelaide suburbs. This application should be rejected.

Neil Morris. After all our complaints has anything changed? They all refuse to listen and after seeing the mess in Struan Ave and trees gone what else can we do.? It is all tokenism. I feel helpless, ignored, but if you have the money to develop they worship the ground you buy!!!! 13 places across from us where there were 4. No trees being replaced. I wish you luck but I am tired of protesting which is what they want.

Yes, it is a disgrace that Adelaide Suburbs and way of life is continuing to get destroyed. I thought that they had passed an update to the DPA in this area increasing the minimum size to stop this non sustainable development? Clearly not....
