There are no documents available. Can Council please upload documents so that I can view this DA.
Will the development involve the demolition of the existing building fronting Garnet Street?
This is not an appropriate site for shoptop housing as there are already plenty of empty shops along New Canterbury Road. We don't need more empty shops extending into quiet residential streets.
Is shoptop housing permissible within the residential zone? If not this DA should not be approved.

There are so many empty shops, and empty for a long time, in that area. To add a shop in a residential street is ridiculous and would spoil the streetscape. Why are so many houses being demolished in this area?
