1. 12 units is too high density for the area. What parking provisions have been made. My street Mcarthur street is full of cars from the apaprmtments in malvern road. They park for days even weeks at a time and I am unable to park in my street .

   Malvern is know for its leafy/green space. The tunnel created by the high density funnel along Malvern and High street is extremely unfortunate/ugly/a heat sink/. Malvern heritage houses are being demolished at an alarming rate

2. Agree with excessive high density in the malvern rd precinct. There is not enough parking and negotiating local streets where we live is impossible. All houses are loosing light and privacy due to over building. The suburb is being destroyed and it must be stopped.

   There are more than enough apartments in this area. No more should be added to this already crowded areA.
