I am the owner and occupier of unit 4 10-16 Epsom Rd Zetland. My apartment faces Chester lane ground floor facing North.
    1. Light into the apartment. All the ground floor apartments in this building facing Chester lane only have 1 outward facing window/balcony. Natural light is essential to these dwellings. With this development i see some of the natural light disappearing forever.

    2. Privacy. As it currently stands the main residence of Lot 7 Hansard st is approximately 25-30m away we have some privacy. With a proposed new studio the window would be only a few metres away from my only window/balcony. This would greatly affect my privacy. We could almost shake hands across the lanes. Thus would be extremely invasive.
3.Noise. With the proposed studio only metres away from my only outward facing window my fear is noise of construction and ongoing noise would be an issue.
4.Greenerie. I currently have a beautiful outlooks of trees and wildlife. I feel this development would take away the very little i get as it is my only outward facing window/balcony.
5.Property value. I feel the proposed studio on Chester lane from lot 7 Hansard st would greatly affect the value of my property. Any perspective buying would be thinking "i could almost have a cup of coffe with them they're so close". At the moment all the dwellings across the lane are 25-30m away.
