    I am writing to you regarding the proposed development at 29 Woolley Street Essendon. Having viewed the plans, I have concerns regarding the second story south facing windows. I know that you will probably say that these windows are permitted as they are the required distance from the boundary fence, however, I fail to comprehend why there appears to be total disregard to the privacy of the Laluma Street properties. The windows that they are proposing will overlook a number of properties and we will lose all privacy in our rear gardens and outdoor entertaining area.

    I am writing to support the neighbours concerns re proposed development of 29 Woolley Street Essendon.The size of this development will significantly impact on the open and spacious nature of this street, in paticular the skyscape of neighbouring houses. The privacy which the resident of 27 Woolley St currently enjoys will be impacted as will the garden which will have reduced sunlight. I am also concerned how this development will affect the garage and shed which are brick constructions right on the fence line. Does this development comply with the 30% of open space which I understand are the new regulations.
