I live in Lawson Street diagonally across the road from the proposed development, but neither I nor my neighbours have been letter-boxed about it.

Considering the site is at the junction of multiple streets, surrounded by dwellings with long views up and down Abercrombie, Ivy, and Lawson, Council has a responsibility to notify residents extensively, including those that live in the McMurtrie (Foundry) building, the local shopkeepers and most certainly the residents of this dense, and highly traversed pocket of Redfern/Darlington.
