Plenty of service outlets close by. This is a residential area near koalas. Leave it alone- please!!

  2. Michael Adams commented

Many services already exist close by.
There is no requirement to create a service station on a limited access road which is a prime koala corridor.

Plenty of room at cashmere shops, put it there, if you have too. If not, i concur with above comments.

Looking further into this application the google map shown above is incorrect. The site is opposite Bunnings and the new four wheel drive store in the industrial precinct.

We do not need a service station in the middle of a residential area when there are a number of service stations within a few kilometres of this site. This development would also mean clearing koala habitat which would minimise even further the shortage of habitat in the area.

No more service stations or fast food outlets needed in this area. Reserves are for the community and wildlife. I strongly object to this application.

    HI Everyone
Please note Google Maps is INCORRECT. The location of this development is in the Industrial Estate (cleared block of land) across from Bunnings in Brendale NOT Warner / the Reserve

Greed before the environment seems to be the way we role in Queensland.

The koala habitat has nearly all been destroyed in the kremzo Rd area. The ALP with full support of the Greens, lets developers do what ever they want, as long as they pay enough money.

Koala fencing has been built to guide the poor remaining few koalas out of the area, as the last of their habitat is cleared.

We have an abundance of service stations and food outlets in the area, and building more will only put further financial strain on the existing outlets.

We can't support any further development in the area, as all services are stretched to the limit, as is the water supply. Our road congestion is also not getting any better with the urban sprawl.
