S72 Amendment to approved Planning Permit and/or Plans - A new crossover has to be installed due to the old crossover being damaged. The new crossover will be different to the old crossover to comply with the City of Stonington Vehicle Crossover Policy. We are informed we need an amendment to the planning permit for the new crossover. We are hopeful that this application can be considered a VicSmart application as the amendments are minor in nature, we do not have any choice but to apply for these amendments noting that council are insisting that we install the new crossover to councils current standards and so that the application can be expediated as quickly as possible.
