Remove one (1) Weeping Lilly Pilly from rear property boundary. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location. There is insufficient space for this tree to flourish and mature in good health and vigour. The root system is pushing up against the boundary wall causing it to bow, creating ongoing damage. The canopy over hangs the neighbours property, to prune this tree away from it would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving the tree as a poor specimen.
