    Once again someone else profiteering
There is so much land available around the whole of Werribee, Wyndham as a whole that there is absolutely no need to build multiple dwellings on a single , Single dwelling site . This site was meant for a single dwelling and all the plans in place to cope with single dwellings with the tight amount of cars . As a result of all these multiple dwellings the roads, schools , child care centres are over full
It takes twice as long to get from A to B because of the amount of cars on the road .The covenants on this land was originally for a single dwelling with good reason please don’t allow this to go ahead

100% agree with Jane. The neighbours, and the future residents of, these multi-unit developments all suffer reduced amenity, for the short term benefit of one opportunist. Collectively the whole municipality slides downhill.

The additional rate revenue for the municipality and stampduty and where applicable land tax paid to the State by future owners is quickly dissipated in hare-brained schemes that have no lasting benefit.

Our CEO and Bureaucrats frequently heard to talk of evidence-based decision making. Wonderful idea, but the evidence is easily to fit any given policy. It would be better termed policy based decision making.

Rather than live within their means, governments seek out any way to indulge their penchant for spending other peoples money, badly. When they run out just borrow some money to be repaid by future generations.
