    Dear Monash City Council

My name is Rawaty Ie and I live in Unit 2, 24 Colonel Street.

I'd like to express some concerns about this plan please:

    1. The brick garage next to my unit:
The brick garage (in P63.9 area) will be right next to my bedroom. My bedroom will literally be almost "sharing" a wall with the garage: Please change this, as this will cause noise and thus sleep disturbance for me. Please amend the location of the garage.

    2. The distance between my unit and the proposed unit:
The distance is too close. Again, this will cause noise disturbance. Please make the gap wider.

    3. The height of the building: too high and will cover the sun from my backyard.

    4. Windows facing my unit:
Please make all the windows frosted/ not see through, so the people living there can't see down my backyard. I would like to have my privacy respected.

Please kindly consider my concerns, especially regarding the garage. Please, I beg you, not to let it be right next to my bedroom and please widen the gap between our buildings.

    Thank you
    Kind regards
    Rawaty Ie

Proposed plan for number 22 Colonel Street, Clayton, VIC 3168

    Dear Monash Council,

    Please kindly:
    1. Relocate the garage, as it is literally almost "sharing a wall" with my bedroom. This will cause noise and sleep disturbance for me.
    2. The gap between the units: too narrow. Please kindly widen it.
    3. The new building is going to block the afternoon sun. Please don't let it happen.
    4. The fence will need to be higher for privacy.
    5. The windows: please kindly have them frosted, so that the people living there can't invade my privacy/ can't look into my backyard.

    Thank you
    Rawaty Ie
