My property adjoins 38 Ellison & I think as land on the northern beaches is in short supply we should be able to split our 1 acre allotments into half acre allotments.
This has been done on other properties in our area and would be unfair to reject new submissions when this was approved for others previously.
It is my hope to also obtain approval for splitting my property into 2 in the near future and I plan on submitting an application for approval.
New Septic water treatment systems offer smaller area for waste water management such as the Krystel Kleer CD100 system but im sure there are others.
An alternative to this could be town sewerage for use within this area.
