I am concerned as to the size of the proposed subdivisions. I am I have been informed re my property that there needs to be a minimum size. The proposed subdivisions are smaller than mine. Please clarify this concern for me.
Will the service road be extended across the Skipton Rail trail? If so I object to the subdivision going ahead.
I am also concerned re the exit / entry of the subdivision onto / out of Remembrance Drive. this could prove to be quite dangerous.
Who will be responsible for the Plantation?
Concern with noise pollution.
Concern with the impact on the environment so many subdivisions in such a small area
