This is a massive overdevelopment of a property still surrounded by family homes. The height should be no greater than double storey and no more than 4 units on the block. Given the ugly vista that has become Wantirna with its mishmash of design and colours in large buildings its time to get back to our green roots and stop squeezing a possible 20 plus people plus cars into one house block.

To see our Council unable to do a damn thing about this sort of over development is an absolute disgrace. Things need to change before it's too late......if it isn't already.

6 dwellings on this block is too many given the service road is already full of parked cars. There are still properties that boundary this one that are single story and as such 3 stories is to just too much. The once lovely area is being destroyed by overdevelopment. Please consider this as part of your decision.

Directly behind us we have 19, 2&3 story units going on what was 3 std blocks.
19 car spaces, probably 38 (?) cars, and say, visitors to half of the units, another 20 cars.......and more development going on next door to them soon.
Just where do the authourities think these cars are going to be parked ?
The authourities don't live here, why do the need to care ?
VCAT has a lot to answer for........
