    This density is out of character for the area and would set a precedent for this part of Doncaster road.

    It is time for the employees and councilors of Boroondara City Council to put a stop to the destruction of the ratepayers' habitat.

    The density of a proposal such as this, 5 dwellings on 821 square metres, is quite ridiculous.

    If approved, it would mean more erosion of local residents amenity, and more strain on already stressed infrastructure.

    I agree with the comments made above about the density of the proposal being out of character and would set a precedent for this area.

    An out-of character development which will set a poor precedent for this part of Balwyn North. Not in keeping with the theme of the area or the heritage of the great house which currently stands on the site.
