1. This area is already over congested due to narrow streets with on-street parking. There are over 15 multi-storey apartment buildings with the majority of residents parking on the street. The addition of yet again another multi-storey residence will only cause more vehicle accidents with cars being side swiped and nowhere for guests to park.
