    The set back of the development from the rear of 41 Emily Street, at the closest point is only 6.5 metres. The set back is too close to the rear boundary fence. It will be imposing, towering and potentially shadowing on 41 Emily Street.

    Privacy screen is only on 1 of the upper level rear windows. Please put on both.
