Residential homes are within very close distance from 24/7 business. Noise from operations will prevent the quiet enjoyment of homes in surrounding area.

Concentration of reckless guest behavior and increase in alcohol related crime as the business is tripling their operating size and service hours.

Control of venue security only extends to front door of venue, damage to surrounding area will be unmonitored and borne by council, businesses and residences.

Increased traffic congestion in an area with little capacity to accommodate.
