    Another sub division. Council please act on try is. It’s ridiculous. Planning needs to change in this area. You’re ruining the suburb with inaction.
    Privacy. Congestion. Over looking and shadowing.
    It’s time to reconsider the fact that every sub division gets approval and amend the planning in the area.

    I agree with the previous comment. At what point will Council put a stop to the ongoing process of lots being subdivided when, in addition to the above points raised, there are no plans in place to increase amenities and infrastructure to match the increased demands from those additional residents? There are no plans that I am aware of that allow for additional doctors surgeries, schools, parking or traffic management, in addition to the seemingly ongoing issue of roads being closed or having reduced capacity whist the building process is ongoing. It’d be a good time for wider public consultation with regards to the same.

    Agree. It wound be interesting to poll residents of Boroondara and not developers looking to turn a quick profit on the question of increasing density that has a direct effect on amenity of established residents.
