50 lots seems a lot...the vegetation removal and lack of open green space would take away from the areas natural feel.

Over Development of this Green area in Rosebud is Shameless
No longer a Pony Club now Multi Units over packed
10 Units further down from 110 Elizabeth Drive
The effect they have on this area will be a total miss judgement of planning.
110 Elizabeth Drive has many Black Boy plants, which are natural fauna.
Abuts a quiet unmade private Rd, and will place a large impact on the traffic in Elizabeth Drive

I totally agree with you Sue.....before we know it our beautiful beach side suburbs will become just another overcrowded metropolitan suburb.....shameful is just one word for it!!.....I could think of many others!! The greed that money creates is destroying what can NEVER be replacedā˜¹šŸ˜”

It good to get feedback and discussion happening, but the most important thing is that Mornington Peninsula Shire Council takes our views into consideration.

Why not contact your local Seawinds Councillor:

    https://www.mornpen.vic.gov.au/About-Us/About-Our-Council/Our-Councillors

or just go to the main Council website, go to "About Us", and follow the links

and let them know of your concerns

I too am extremely concerned by the number of subdivisions and removal of huge old gum trees and native vegetation that is taking place in the area! It is having a hugely detrimental effect on the character of the Rosebud South area.

Ian thanks for your suggestion - I have emailed the Seawinds councillor with my concerns, and the link to this page.
