I do not agree with this application being approved.
The height and mass of the of the attic conversion is too great and will impact on the outlook of myself and other owners.
It would also set a precedent for others to want council to approve buildings going higher.
The value of my property would also be affected.
As well, my view of the ocean would be impacted.

Roof line of the building needs to stay as is, should not be higher as this would impact on properties on the opposite side including mine.
Also, if it is allowed to go higher it will set a precedent, for others to want to do the same.
Any new structure should not impact me, or my enjoyment and outlook of my property.

The current building exceeds height limits. The proposed plan increases the building height. If this gets approved then it sets a dangerous precedent for the area and makes a mockery of the building regulations. In addition to this the proposed appearance of the extension does not fit within the character of the area.

Not specifically this property but I would like to know how so many developments are being approved? The roads cannot cope as it is , and as there is only one public high school where will all the kids go to school?
Over development with no change in infrastructure.

It seems that there must be a lot of backhanders from developers, because the people approving them are not thinking about the area at all. Why else would these developments keep being allowed to go ahead? If there aren't any backhanders, then I would like to know the logic behind these reckless decisions?
