This has to stop. It seems that every house in this area that has access to the backyard can get a permit for a dwelling. This area is a nice area that is starting to get to populated. Has anyone from the council been to this address, you just have to look at the driveway to realise there is no room to get a car through the narrow gap of the current driveway. Also the placement of the planed application behind the letterbox so no one can properly see it isn’t very smart. There are to many dwellings and unit’s in the area that who knows what it will be like in the future.
    So please council no more.

Another poor decision by these so called town planners. They say it will blend in with the area. Don’t worry about the so many units, dwellings in the area already. It is ruining the area. Obviously money talks. Then again when the owner of the house works in the permit area for council of course you won’t win. The owner couldn’t even discuss with residents if they had any problems which you suggest they do.
