1. It’s a shame to see such a sweet bungalow getting knocked down and replaced. I hope that the two storey dwelling is appropriately proportioned on this small block and does not overshadow the single storey houses on either side. I hope that the character of the street is maintained. It’s a shame to see gorgeous houses that are well built getting flattened and replaced with out of scale, less well made builds that have designs that are less timeless. I hope the council is strict on the amount of green space expected on this property too.
