    Has Council considered the cumulative impact of traffic and population increases for this new dual occupation development proposal? Whilst this proposal may only be a small increase on its own, it will still impact on the already over-developed and over-populated area and contribute to the unsustainable traffic increases.

    Also, if there is tree removal, there should be replacement tree planting required of at least 1:2 ratio.
